Of Dubya’s three vetos, two have been used to block stem cell research. Maybe next year we can get someone in the White House who can put aside politics & let scientists do their jobs. Anyway, here’s a cartoon I did after the first veto:
It’s bad enough that Lieberman has been an unapologetic supporter of the war in Iraq & Bush’s mishandling of, well, everything, now he’s actually advocating attacking Iran!!!
I thought Cheney & his kool-aid drinking cronies were the only ones asinine enough to actually believe this might not be a bad idea. I guess this is just the next rhetorical step as the neocons march/goose-step closer to another unnecessary, unwinnable war. Now, all that’s left is to start a pool as to when the Iran war begins… My money is on November 3rd.
